My Writing About Republican Conservative Thinkers Trying To Get Rid Of Liberal Thinkers: I seriously think that Republican Conservative Thinkers are all trying to—literally—pull us back in time to the Dark Ages where they seem to exist, so that they can finally get rid of all the Liberal Thinkers! My Writing Notes:
The reason that I wrote this poem can be summed up with the following statement: This poem was inspired by the song "Battle Hymn of the Republic" by Julia Ward Howe.
Just so you know, I rewrote this poem, as I often do with my writing! Thus, I decided to revise this poem and change the original title from "The Battle Hymn Of The Republicans" to "The Frazzled Hymn Of The Republicans," because I think that Republicans and Democrats are both frazzled from being in a battle against each other over who is correct about their religious beliefs! So, I wanted to show you how this poem used to be written, before I rewrote it as above.
And it used to be written like this:
The Battle Hymn Of The Republicans
A Battle
Against The Poor
—Because It's "Just Us!"
And, thus, I rewrote it to be written as it is above.
For, I feel like the Republicans are frazzled by believing they 'have to be' engaged in a struggle against the poor and minorities—and all of those whom Republicans should decide are worthy of going to Heaven—due to the religious beliefs of Republicans, since the Republicans truly feel that, to them, "It's 'Just Us' Against The World!"
By the way, when I republished this blog post from my "Small All White in the Forest" blog (please see the hyperlink below for the blog), I was certain that I had changed the post 'header' title from 'Battle' to 'Frazzled' (as mentioned above) in order for it to correspond with the poem title in preparation for republishing; however, I apparently did not change the blog post 'header' title as I had thought!
You see, I was convinced I had already changed this blog post 'header' title before republishing on January 28th, 2022, but then I noticed that the post 'header' title still said, "To The Ones I Love, Part 4 — The Battle Hymn Of The Republicans." So, I corrected it to say, "To The Ones I Love, Part 4 — The Frazzled Hymn Of The Republicans." However, the address of this post 'header' still reads as follows:
"https://paulwhitingwriting.blogspot.com/2022/01/to-ones-i-love-part-4-battle-hymn-of.html."
Therefore, for the sake of consistency, I kept the next post 'header' title as "To The Ones I Love, Part 5 — The Battle Hymn Of The Democrats" until I republished it; then, I corrected it to say, "To The Ones I Love, Part 5 — The Frazzled Hymn Of The Democrats." That way, both posts are published incorrectly, and subsequently corrected, because that is what "bipartisan compromise" is all about! Thus, the address of that post still reads as follows:
"https://paulwhitingwriting.blogspot.com/2022/01/to-ones-i-love-part-5-battle-hymn-of.html."
And this poem was also published on my "Small All White in the Forest" blog (please see the hyperlink below for the blog), since I feel that the message in this poem applies to the message that I am trying to convey through "Small All White in the Forest."
