Post No. 146: For My Facebook Friend — "A Healing Poem!"

(Image from Circle of Healing Center)

Say A Little Prayer
(Or, "A Healing Poem")

Whenever your poor head is reeling,
due to some terribly sick feeling, please
take this "pill," and let it help you to "heal,"
during the times when you are feeling so ill!

There is a loving light within us all,
that is powerful, bright and wide,
and it shines like the noonday sun
precisely where God put it inside!

For, God understood that we would need
God with us—shining brightly inside—so
God placed God's Loving Light within us
to help us out during the difficult times!

And that is the reason that God gave us all
"God's Eternal Light Of Love And Healing,"
which is God's Everlasting Sun that shines
forever with God's Eternally-Loving Feelings!

So, "say a little prayer" whenever you are
feeling like "hell at high noon" and call upon
the Light Of God that is inside of you to speed
up your healing, so that you may "get well soon!"

My Writing About God's Unconditional Love, Version No. 1: God's love for us is totally unconditional, because God is a constantly-changing, continuously-fluctuating and multidimensional field of energy (in the form of The Universe) who totally loves us through the ever-changing possibility of reflecting whatever we are expressing individually (and collectively) as souls within God's Universe! –Paul Whiting (written March 23rd, 2012, revised August 24th, 2022 and revised May 24th, 2023)

My Writing About God's Unconditional Love, Version No. 2: God's love for us is totally unconditional, because God is a constantly-changing, multidimensional field of energy, in the form of The Universe, which is continuously-fluctuating. And God totally loves us through the ever-changing possibilities of reflecting whatever we are expressing individually, and collectively, as souls within God's Universe! –Paul Whiting (written March 23rd, 2012, revised August 24th, 2022 and revised May 24th, 2023)

My Writing About Where To Find God, Version No. 1: If you are looking for God, go inside of yourself. That is where God is. –Paul Whiting (September 19th, 2023)

My Writing About Where To Find God, Version No. 2: If you are looking for God, go inside of yourself. That's where God is. For, God is the entire Universe which, I believe, is like a Super Computer! Therefore, the reason that God is inside of you is due to the fact that God Is All Of Us in zillions of different forms—such as plants, insects and animals, which includes humans. And that is why God is contained within each one of our consciousnesses, which is how, and why, prayer works. So, pray to your God! For, God is always listening, since God is always there. –Paul Whiting (written September 19th, 2023 and revised March 16th, 2024)

-------------------------------------------------------------------

My Writing Notes:

The reason that I wrote this poem can be summed up with the following statement: I cannot remember which Facebook friend I wrote this "Healing Poem" for, but I do remember trying to convey the idea that "God's Loving Light" is within us all and that it can help you to heal if you will pray—as well as if you will tend to whatever it is that may be ailing you! So, "pray for help" but, also, "deal with your issues."

For, God helps those who help themselves.

I should mention that this poem was written for—and posted on—Facebook, way back when I was actually on Facebook, which I haven't been for years...

And this poem was also published on my "Three Dark Horses" and "Small All White in the Forest" blogs (please see the hyperlinks below for the blogs), since I feel that the message in this poem applies to the message I am trying to convey through "Three Dark Horses" and "Small All White in the Forest." Plus, I feel that the message in this poem applies to the message I am trying to convey through my new "The Oneness Of God" spiritual practice!

This poem was written in Portland, Oregon.

Post No. 079: The "Just Us" Of The Lord, Part 2 — The Power Of Prayer

(Image from pixshark.com)

The Power Of Prayer

To anyone whose hands
are circled in prayer,
God is there for all of us
—if we are simply aware!

We can call upon God in
our hour of need and ask
God for God's Blessing; we
can ask God to intervene!

Because we all need God's
Love, singing on its wings, to
make right all that is wrong
and to heal everything!

And we all need God's Light
to come down in a beam
to shore up our souls and
to make our hearts gleam!

That's why we need God's
Understanding be there for us,
as we face what we have to—
For, In God Is Our Trust!

And the times that we endure
can be tough, to say the least,
so we cannot do it alone; we
need to ask for God's Peace!

Thus, you can call upon God
when you are saying a prayer
and know that God is listening,
because God is always aware!

Post No. 075: For Diane — The Immutable Circle Of Life

(Image from pixshark.com)

The Immutable Circle Of Life

Do not be afraid, for you
have not been forsaken!
The life that came your way
can never truly be taken.

Every soul who comes to say,
“I am coming! Here my cry!”
is preparing you for the day
when they are ready to arrive.

Their love for you is such that
they simply cannot stay away and
their spirit is strong enough that
they know how to find their way.

So rest in peace, My Dearest Friend,
and let these tidings end your strife:
your bundle of joy will come again in
The Immutable Circle Of Life.

"Today we remember all babies born sleeping or whom we have carried but never met, or those we have held but could not take home or the ones that came home but didn't stay. In memory of all our angels." –Diane on Facebook

-------------------------------------------------------------------

My Writing Notes:

The reason that I wrote this poem can be summed up with the following statement: I wrote this poem for my friend Diane who lost a child (please see the quote above). And I tried to convey the idea that all of the souls who are waiting to be born—but who are unable to be born for any number of reasons—will return to be born again in The Immutable Circle Of Life, because "they know how to find their way!"

By the way, I also did a rewrite of this poem that I wrote to help 'The Orphans' that is titled, "The Goddess And God Of All The Orphans," which is published on this blog. (Please see "The Immutable Circle Of Life-Style Poem" in labels for the poem.)

I should mention that this poem was inspired by a quotation from Facebook, way back when I was actually on Facebook, which I haven't been for years...

And this poem was also published on my "Three Dark Horses" and "Small All White in the Forest" blogs (please see the hyperlinks below for the blogs), since I feel that the message in this poem applies to the message I am trying to convey through "Three Dark Horses" and "Small All White in the Forest." The Gilded Cage Of Christ

They love you without question,
as long as you forgive their sins.

They love you without condition,
as long as you bare their burden.

They love you just the way you are,
as long as you come when they call.

They love you when darkness falls,
as long as you light their way; and

They love you always and forever,
as long as you appear as expected.

My Writing About Treating God The Way That You Wish To Be Treated By God: Your intentions for God are God's intentions for you! In other words, the way that you interact with God is the way that God interacts with you. And I think that is what Jesus The Christ was saying when He said the following: "Do unto others as you would have done unto you"; and "When you have done it to the least of these...you have done it unto me"; plus "Judge not, lest ye be judge"; as well as "For have I not said ye are gods?" You see, Jesus was explaining to us that we establish 'Godly Karma,' so to speak, through our intentions for God, and by our interactions with God. Phrased another way: "Treat God The Way That You Wish To Be Treated By God." –Paul Whiting (written May 15th, 2022, revised May 16th, 2022, revised June 23rd, 2022 and July 24th, 2022)

(Image from Wikipedia)

God The Commodity

They only love you if you can
provide them with something.

They only want you around when
you can do something for them.

They are so glad you stopped by,
if you have something to offer.

They are happy to run into you,
when you are bearing handouts.

And they all want unconditional love,
so long as long it only flows one way.
